New BPH treatment fully reverse the symptoms of an enlarged prostate

Of the BPH patients that received the treatment, 100% reported relief in symptoms BPH is a non-malignant enlargement of the prostate. Symptoms related to BPH are among the most common problems in older men. Histological evidence of BPH is found in more than 10% of men in their 30s, 20% of men in their 40s, reaches 50% to 60% of men in their 60s, and is 80% to 90% of men in their 70s and 80s. The majority of men over the age of 60 are considered to have urinary symptoms attributable to BPH.

The proliferative disorder resulting in BPH affects both the stromal and the epithelial portions of the prostate.

BPH is considered a normal condition of male aging, and it’s estimated that over half of men over the age of 80 have BPH symptoms. Although the exact cause is unknown, changes in male sex hormones as you age may be a factor. Any family history of prostate problems or any abnormalities with your testicles may raise your risks for BPH. Men who’ve had their testicles removed at a young age don’t develop BPH.

Following are the symptoms of BPH:

  • Trouble starting a urine stream or making more than a dribble
  • Passing urine frequently, especially at night
  • Feeling that the bladder hs not fully emptied
  • A strong or sudden urge to urinate
  • A weak or slow urine stream
  • Stopping and starting again several times while passing urine
  • Pushing or straining to begin passing urine

HOME REMEDIES FOR BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA

Home Remedies For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

OVERVIEW

Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a condition that is caused when the prostate gland enlarges, potentially slowing or blocking the urine stream. Other names for benign prostatic hyperplasia include benign prostatic hypertrophy, an enlarged prostate, and BPH. We have certain HOME REMEDIES FOR BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA which help ease the symptoms and decrease the progression of a disease.

THE PROSTATE GLAND

The prostate is about the size of a walnut. It surrounds the urethra, which carries urine from the bladder. As men age, their prostate often enlarges. This puts pressure on their urethra causing symptoms.

What are the symptoms of BPH?

  • Waking up to urinate at night
  • Poor urine flow
  • Frequent urination
  • Bladder Infections
  • Urinary leakage or bladder control problems
  • Blood in urine.

If BPH is left unattended, an enlarged prostate can block the flow of urine out of the bladder, leading to other complications like urinary retention, UTIs, bladder stones and kidney damage.

Certain HOME REMEDIES FOR BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA and lifestyle changes can help ease the symptoms and decrease the progression of a disease.

NATURAL HOME REMEDIES FOR BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA

  •       Sitz Bath

A sitz bath (also called a hip bath) is a type of bath in which only the hips and buttocks are soaked in water or saline solution. Sitz bath is a soothing and effective remedy for enlarged prostate. The hot bath will help relax the pelvic muscles, reduce swelling and promote healing.

How to take a sitz bath?

  1. Fill one bathtub with warm water and add ½ cup of salt to it.
  2. Fill another bathtub with cold water and add a few drops of lavender essential oil to it.
  3. First, sit in the bathtub with hot water up to your waist for 3 minutes.
  4. Then, sit in the bathtub with cold water up to your waist for 1 minute.
  5. Repeat twice or thrice. The last bath should always be in the cool water.
  •       Pumpkin seeds & Watermelon seeds

Pumpkin seeds are rich in zinc content and have excellent diuretic properties. Watermelon seeds are effective in treating prostate problems. They are well known for treatment of urination problems and also to strengthen immune systems.

How to consume these seeds?

  1. Consume seeds alone or by mixing it with salt.
  2. You can also add seeds in tea or simply boil them in water, let it cool and drink it.
  •       Stinging Nettle

Stinging nettle also is known as Bichchhu but in Hindi, is a perennial flowering plant that has been used medicinally for ages. It is best known for the stinging reaction that occurs when the skin comes into contact with the fine hairs located on its leaves and stems.

Stinging nettle can also lessen BPH symptoms. The root contains essential bioactive phytochemicals that help shrink prostate tissue. Being a natural diuretic, it also encourages the elimination of inflammatory wastes through urination.

How to consume the stinging nettle?

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of dried nettle leaves to a cup of hot water.
  2. Strain it after 10 minutes.
  3. Drink this tea 2 or 3 times daily.
  •       Corn Silk

The corn silk is the stigma and style of the female part of the corn. The stigma is the sticky end of the silk where pollen attaches.

Corn silk is a time-tested remedy to fight off symptoms of prostate enlargement. It acts as a natural diuretic and even helps relax the urinary muscles and lining. This improves urine flow.

  • Add 15 drops of corn silk extract to 1 cup of water and drink it a few times a day.
  •       Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has astringent properties that help shrink swollen prostate glands. It also aids weight loss and helps prevent complications of enlarged prostate like UTIs.

How to consume it?

  • Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of honey in a glass of warm water. Drink it twice daily.
  • You can also mix 1 cup of apple cider vinegar to a tub of water and soak in it for 10 to 15 minutes a few times a week.
  • EXERCISES

Muscles around the bladder can become weak as you age. Various types of exercises can be helpful for men with prostate problems to strengthen the muscles.

Kegel exercises

Kegel exercises can strengthen and train your pelvic floor muscles to help control urination.

How to do kegel exercises?

  • First, you must find the muscles of your pelvic floor. To do so, start urinating and after a few seconds, stop mid-stream.
  • Concentrate on the muscles that you just used. Those are your pelvic floor muscles.
  • Begin your Kegel exercises with an empty bladder. Lie on the floor with your knees bent and apart.
  • Tighten your pelvic floor muscles for three seconds and then relax them for three seconds. Repeat a few times.
  • Be sure to focus only on the pelvic floor muscles. Soon you’ll be able to do this while sitting or standing.

Other Exercises

Aerobic and resistance exercises have also proven to be successful for BPH patients. They should be done for 30 minutes a few times a week.

These exercises include walking, swimming, jogging, tennis, rowing, dancing, hiking, jumping rope, push-ups and lifting weights.

  • URINATING TIPS

  • “Double voiding”: Be patient in bathrooms. Taking extra time to urinate so your bladder can empty completely will help decrease your toilet trips.
  • Relax before you urinate. Worrying about your symptoms can make them worse.
  • Take plenty of time to urinate.
  • Urinate while sitting down instead of standing.
  • Turn on a faucet or picture running water in your mind. It helps to increase the flow of urine.
  • Do not limit your fluid intake to avoid urinating. You could become dehydrated, which can cause other problems.
  • Don’t postpone bathroom visits for long periods.
  • Drink fluids throughout the day.
  • If you often wake up because you need to urinate, limit your fluid intake in the evening. And empty your bladder before bedtime.
  • GENERAL LIFESTYLE CHANGES

  • Eat five servings of bright colored fruits and vegetables per day
  • Choose whole-grain bread, grains, and cereals.
  • Limit consumption of red meat and processed foods
  • Don’t consume saturated fats and trans fats.
  • Avoid sugar-sweetened drinks
  • Lower salt intake

Foods to avoid in BPH

  • Red meat and Eggs
  • Processed foods and sugar
  • Caffeine
  • Alcohol
  • Spicy foods

Foods beneficial to consume in BPH

  • Tomatoes (Lycopene)
  • Baked beans
  • Crab

PROSTATE ENLARGEMENT TREATMENT

Prostate Enlargement Treatment

Prostate gland enlargement has become a very common disease in aged men. This disease majorly decreases the quality of life due to urination problems. Enlargement of prostate gland results in thinning of the urethra which is a tube that carries urine out from body. Due to this, which various prostate enlargement treatment strategies are searched by the affected persons.

Addressing the symptoms now can help avoid problems later. An untreated enlarged prostate may lead to urinary tract infections, acute urinary retention and kidney, and bladder stones. In severe cases, it can also lead to kidney damage.

Prostate Enlargement Treatment

WHAT IS CONSIDERED BY THE DOCTOR TO CHOOSE TREATMENT OPTION?

Doctor will consider several factors when treatment is adopted. These factors include:

  • How much your symptoms interfere with your life
  • Size of your prostate
  • Your age
  • Overall health
  • Any other medical conditions

WHAT CAN BE OPTED FOR PROSTATE ENLARGEMENT TREATMENT?

There are three main types of prostate enlargement treatment

  • Lifestyle changes
  • Medicines
  • Surgery

LIFESTYLE CHANGES

  • Urinate when you first get the urge. Also, go to the bathroom when you have the chance, even if you don’t feel a need to urinate.
  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine, especially after dinner.
  • Don’t drink a lot of fluid all at once. Spread out fluids during the day. Avoid drinking fluids within 2 hours of bedtime.
  • Try not to take over-the-counter cold and sinus medicines that contain decongestants or antihistamines. These drugs can increase BPH symptoms.
  • Keep warm and exercise regularly. Cold weather and lack of physical activity may worsen symptoms.
  • Learn and perform pelvic strengthening exercises.
  • Reduce stress. Nervousness and tension can lead to more frequent urination.

MEDICINES

  • Alpha Blockers for BPH

This class of medications works by relaxing the bladder neck muscles and the muscle fibers in the prostate. The muscle relaxation makes it easier to urinate. You can expect an increase in urine flow and a less frequent need to urinate within a day or two if you take an alpha-blocker for enlarged prostate.

Alpha blockers include:

  • Alfuzosin
  • Doxazosin
  • Silodosin
  • Tamsulosin
  • Terazosin

Ø  5α-reductase inhibitors

This type of medication reduces the size of the prostate gland by blocking hormones that spur the growth of your prostate gland. Dutasteride and finasteride are two types of 5-alpha reductase inhibitors.

Ø  Medication combo

Taking a combination of an alpha-blocker and a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor provides greater symptom relief than taking either one of these drugs alone. Combination therapy is often recommended when an alpha-blocker or 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor aren’t working on their own. Common combinations that doctors prescribe are finasteride and doxazosin or dutasteride and tamsulosin. The dutasteride and tamsulosin combination comes as two drugs combined into a single tablet.

SURGERY

Invasive surgery for enlarged prostate includes transurethral surgery, which doesn’t require open surgery or an external incision. According to the National Institutes of Health, transurethral resection of the prostate is the first choice of surgeries. The surgeon removes prostate tissue obstructing the urethra using a resectoscope inserted through the penis during TURP.

Another method is the transurethral incision of the prostate (TUIP). During TUIP, the surgeon makes incisions in the neck of the bladder and in the prostate. This serves to widen the urethra and increase urine flow.

Ø  Laser Surgery

Laser surgery for enlarged prostate involves inserting a scope through the penis tip into the urethra. A laser passed through the scope removes prostate tissue by ablation (melting) or enucleation (cutting). The laser melts excess prostate tissue in photoselective vaporization of the prostate (PVP).

Holmium laser ablation of the prostate (HoLAP) is similar, but a different type of laser is used. The surgeon uses two instruments for Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP): a laser to cut and remove excess tissue and a morcellator to slice extra tissue into small segments that are removed.

Ø  Open Simple Prostatectomy

Open surgery may be required in complicated cases of a much-enlarged prostate, bladder damage, or other problems. In open simple prostatectomy, the surgeon makes an incision below the navel or several small incisions in the abdomen via laparoscopy. Unlike prostatectomy for prostate cancer when the entire prostate gland is removed, in open simple prostatectomy the surgeon removes only the portion of the prostate blocking urine flow.

Ø  Transurethral Microwave Thermotherapy

There are minimally invasive surgery options when drug therapy isn’t enough to relieve enlarged prostate symptoms. These procedures include transurethral microwave thermotherapy (TUMT). Microwaves destroy prostate tissue with heat during this outpatient procedure.

TUMT will not cure enlarged prostate but it cuts down urinary frequency, makes it easier to urinate and reduces weak flow. It doesn’t solve the problem of incomplete emptying of the bladder.

Ø  TUNA – Transurethral Needle Ablation Treatment

High-frequency radio waves, delivered through twin needles, burn a specific region of the prostate in this procedure. TUNA results in better urine flow and relieves BPH symptoms with fewer complications than invasive surgery.

This outpatient procedure can cause a burning sensation. The sensation can be managed by using an anesthetic to block the nerves in and around the prostate.

  • WATER-INDUCED THERMOTHERAPY

Hot water is delivered through a catheter to a treatment balloon that sits in the center of the prostate in water-induced thermotherapy. This computer-controlled procedure heats a defined area of the prostate while neighboring tissues are protected. The heat destroys the problematic tissue. The tissue is then either excreted through urine or reabsorbed in the body.

Talk with your doctor about the treatment approach that best suits your needs.

PROSMAN – COMPLETE SOLUTION OF BPH IN INDIA

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) Complete Solution in India Prosman

The Complete solution of BPH in India for any disease depends on two things i.e. complete understanding of the disease as well as the mechanism by which the disease develops inside a body. These two factors decide which treatment can be chosen to prevent the development of the disease. Thus, it is necessary to first understand what the disease is!

What Is Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH)?
Benign Prostate Hyperplasia

In humans, the walnut-shaped gland i.e. prostate gland surrounds the urethra (the tube that carries urine from the bladder out of the body). As the prostate gland gets bigger, it squeezes or partly blocks the urethra. This condition of enlargement of the prostate gland is known as Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH). This often causes problems with urinating. We have the complete solution of bph in india

Generally, BPH develops in all men as they age.  But it is usually not a serious problem. About half of all men older than 75 years have some symptoms of BPH.

What Are The Symptoms of BPH?
Complete Solution of Bph in India |

The symptoms of BPH are mostly related to urinary problems such as:

  • Trouble getting a urine stream started and completely stopped (dribbling).
  • Often feeling like you need to urinate. This feeling may even wake you up at night.
  • A weak urine stream
  • A sense that your bladder is not completely empty after you urinate
  • Bladder pain or pain while urinating
  • In a small number of cases, BPH may cause the bladder to be blocked, making it impossible or extremely hard to urinate. This problem may cause backed-up urine (urinary retention).
  • Bladder infections or stones
  • Kidney damage

These symptoms can vary throughout the day with mild symptoms after standing or walking and more pronounced symptoms after lying down.

What Causes This Enlargement of the Prostate Gland?

  • Age Enlargement of the Prostate Gland

BPH is probably a normal part of the aging process in men, caused by changes in hormone balance and in cell growth. This is the most common cause of BPH in the maximum affected population. We at Prosman have A COMPLETE SOLUTION OF BPH IN INDIA.

Studies suggest that the development of BPH is a consequence of fibrosis and weakening of the muscular tissue in the prostate. This muscular tissue is important in the functionality of the prostate and provides the force for excreting the fluid produced by prostatic glands. Misc repairs due to aging make the muscular tissue weak in functioning and the fluid secreted by glands cannot be excreted completely. Then, the accumulation of fluid in glands increases the resistance of muscular tissue affecting prostate gland. Worsening of this condition causes BPH.

  • Hormonal imbalance Hormonal imbalance

It is considered that male hormones i.e. androgens (testosterone and related hormones) play a major role in the development of BPH. This means that androgens must be present for BPH to occur, but do not necessarily directly cause the condition.

Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a metabolite of testosterone, is a critical mediator of prostate growth because it is synthesized in the prostate from circulating testosterone by the enzymatic action. DHT binds to nuclear androgen receptors and enhances the production of growth factors that are involved in prostate gland enlargement.

There is some evidence that estrogen may play a role in the cause of BPH. This effect appears to be due to the conversion of androgens to estrogen in the prostate tissue rather than a direct effect of estrogen itself. This imbalance also causes prostate gland enlargement.

Currently Available Treatments for BPH

Once BPH is confirmed through a urine test and rectal exam, treatment to stop the disease is initiated by consulting doctor. These treatment options are:

Monotherapy

  • Alpha one adrenoreceptor (α1-AR) blockers Alpha one adrenoreceptor (α1-AR) blockers

They are very helpful to treat BPH. They treat the BPH by blocking α1-receptor-mediated sympathetic stimulation to relax the smooth muscles in the prostate.

All these agents produce their effects on voiding within hours of administration, regardless of prostate size, without altering serum prostate-specific antigen or volume.

Currently available α1-blockers include the nonselective α1-blockers, terazosin, doxazosin, and alfuzosin, and the highly selective α1A-blocker, tamsulosin.

Disadvantage: The greatest safety concern associated with the use of these agents is the occurrence of vasodilatory symptoms such as dizziness and orthostatic hypotension resulting from inhibition of α1-AR.

  • 5 alpha reductase inhibitors (5 ARIs) 5 alpha reductase inhibitors

5 ARIs inhibit the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), the primary androgen involved in both normal and abnormal prostate growth. There are currently two 5 ARIs licensed for the management of BPH i.e. finasteride and dutasteride.

Disadvantage: Side effects of 5 ARI treatments mainly relate to sexual function with a decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, and decreased ejaculation.

BPH & Ayurveda

Natural therapies have a long history of use in India to support optimal prostate health. These include: BPH & Ayurveda

  • Gokshura (gokhru) orTribulus terrestris
  • Shilajit – a herbo-mineral compound ejected out of rocks
  • Kshaaras – the alkaline salts obtained from the ash of medicinal plants
  • Ushira (Vetiveria zizanioides)
  • Swet Chandan (Santalum album)
  • Khadir or Areca catechu
  • Shatavari or Asparagus racemosus
  • Punarnava or Hog Weed

And, many more

Prosman – One Clinically-proven Solution for Bph

Complete Solution of Bph in IndiaProsman is a new hope for enlarged prostate gland (BPH) patients. It is a first of its kind product to aid BPH treatment. Prosman is recently clinically tested to effectively manage BPH.

According to its clinical study on humans, it has no side effects and is safe for human consumption. During its clinical study, 94% of the patients showed a 29.46% decrease in the prostate volume. 93% of the patients had a mildly enlarged prostate, whereas on completion of the treatment with Prosman 43% of the patients showed normal.

How Prosman Exerts Such Beneficial Effect?

The main active constituents present in Prosman are beta-sitosterol & decoys lferulate, which prevents the enlargement of the prostate. Prosman has been derived from Prunus domestica.

Complete Solution of Bph in India | Prosman prostatePrunus domestica contains numerous beneficial constituents, including phytosterols such as beta-sitosterol, which exhibit anti-inflammatory action by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the prostate.

Other prunus components include ferulic esters, which reduce levels of prolactin (a hormone that promotes testosterone uptake in the prostate gland) and pentacyclic triterpenes which inhibit an enzyme involved in inflammation and help reduce edema.

Scientists believe that these phytochemicals work together to help counteract the structural and biochemical changes associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Prunus may help to prevent the overgrowth of prostate cells that can contribute to improving the state of BPH. Research suggests that Prunus may do this by inhibiting fibroblast growth factor.

Thus, Prosman has brought new hope for BPH patients to relieve them from the disease completely. you want more information about Benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) click here

Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH)

Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH)

BPH is a non-malignant enlargement of the prostate. Symptoms related to BPH are among the most common problems in older men.

To understand its treatment, first, it becomes important to understand the background:

In men, the urine passes through the urethra from the bladder. BPH is a condition that enlarges the prostate and starts to block the flow of urine. This is due to the fact that the prostate cells start to multiply, thereby it increasing in number and hence, putting more pressure on the urethra which results, the prevents the free flow of urine and semen out of the body. Due to the narrowing down of the urethra, the bladder has to undergo more contractions in order to forcibly push urine out of the body.

BPH is considered a normal condition of male aging & the exact cause is unknown, changes in male sex hormones as you age may be a factor. Any family history of prostate problems or any abnormalities with your testicles may raise your risks for BPH. Men who’ve had their testicles removed at a young age don’t develop BPH.
